There has been almost a decade that agility is progressing quickly and in a steady pace. More organizations and companies in the private sector are eager to get on the \u201ctrain\u201d of the Agile world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Writing this piece including my thoughts , as you have imagine from the title, is in a period (2022) that some of the organizations and companies are either too late in this or they are doing it wrong. Let me first say that I am not an expert on the subject, not an evangelist either not someone that denies the benefit ( or value? ) of applying Agile. I am sharing my thoughts and understanding on the overall status in the European market that uses or not Agile for IT projects of medium to large scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are benefits, there are difficulties to reach maturity and good use of the methodology but there are also traps, pain and hidden costs of course<\/p>\n\n\n\n
